Over the last 18 months, we’ve welcomed more than 300 women in business to six sold-out events. Again and again, we hear the same thing: this feels different. That it’s a space where people feel seen, where they belong. That there’s a seat for them. And after every gathering, the question comes up:
“When’s the next one?”
While there’s definitely going to be another event, we also wanted to push ourselves. To create something more lasting. Something that brings our community together in a deeper, more meaningful way.
We also knew what we didn’t want: another online membership, another coaching program. That didn’t excite us and it didn’t feel like what our community truly needed.
So we asked ourselves: what does our community need? What do we need?
The answer was clear. A place for real connection. For inspiration paired with action. For growth that feels both personal and collective.
So, that’s why we created Studio 22 and today we’re proud to introduce you to the Fall 2025 iteration.
Studio 22 is a seasonal program that is designed to give you the space and support you need to grow, your way. We’ll be there to guide and support you, but where you go is up to you.

We called it Studio 22 because a studio is a space for experimenting, exploring, and creating.
It’s a space where ideas take shape in unexpected ways. We wanted to capture that same spirit of possibility for our community. The number 22 signifies that ability to turn dreams into reality by tapping into your strength and resilience. And yes, Taylor Swift also loves it.
This is the essence of the work we’ll do together and individually.
why did you call it Studio 22?
Studio 22 is a seasonal program. Each season has a dedicated theme will begin with a curated box of learning and surprise delivered right to your door. While we won’t spoil what’s inside the box, we can promise it holds everything you need for a season of growth, along with a few special surprises.
The box is only the beginning. To make sure the learning turns into action, each season includes three virtual sessions where we keep each other accountable, share stories, and support one another in working through the theme.

From the beginning, our vision has been simple: bring all women in business together, entrepreneurs and corporate leaders alike because we believe we can all learn from each other.
Studio 22 is no different. It’s for any woman ready to explore her next chapter, discover what truly lights her up, and take intentional steps toward her next business, career or life move.
Our inaugural Fall season starts officially on October 1st as that is when all the boxes will be mailed out. If you decide to join the program, these are the dates you need to save
Virtual Session #1 - October 8th at 12 pm ET
Virtual Session #2 - November 5th at 12pm ET
Virtual Session #3 - December 3rd at 12 ET
Each Virtual Session will take place via Zoom and be 90 minutes. They will be thoughtfully curated and built around the season’s theme and your goals. Between sessions, we’ll be keeping you accountable by providing some guided (and practical) work to do.
We know that you love being in-person together so we have also included an optional in-person celebration dinner to close out the season will take place on Thursday, December 11th at 6:30 pm at a location in downtown Toronto.
When does it start?
We’re here to guide you through the experience. The 3 of us (a.k.a. Emily, Erin and Kirsten) each bring different perspectives, skills and backgrounds to the table and throughout the program we’re available to Studio 22 participants. That means you’ll have access to event planning, career, business, marketing expertise throughout.
What’s your role?
Where you go is up to you and the goals you set for yourself. We view this program as a bit of an incubator or partnership. As we’re bringing together all women in business, we know that each of you will be working on something different. And that’s a beautiful thing. Our hope is that we can cheer and support one another throughout the program. Our commitment to you is that we will be here throughout and do our damndest to help you reach the goals you set out at the beginning of the season.

FAQs
When is the last chance
join studio 22?
September 26th, is the last day to join as boxes will be mailed out the following week. We also are limiting numbers.
Why is this so different from
other offers?
We believe that good things come in 3. And one of the reasons why this is so different is that the 3 of us with different experiences, expertise and skills have come together to create this. You get access to all 3 of us. We also will be sharing with participants how we’ve approached the building of Gather Society. People have often asked us what our secret is,
How do I get my box?
You will receive your box in the mail unless you live close to us, maybe you will get a hand delivery!
How much does it cost?
It’s $1200 for the program. If would like to attend the celebratory dinner it is $1450. Monthly payment plans are available.
Is dinner included?
Our in person celebration dinner is optional. However, you won’t want to miss it! It’s going to be a special surprise and a time to celebrate all of your amazing accomplishments through the season you have been with Studio 22.
Do I have to live in Toronto?
No. We want to make this available to everyone and of course you can join us for dinner at the end if you choose (that is why we made it optional but we hope you join!).
